THIS SERVICE MAY INCLUDE AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING A FREE TRIAL OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE. TO AVOID BEING CHARGED, YOU MUST CANCEL IN YOUR APP STORE ACCOUNT SETTINGS AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE FREE TRIAL OR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Payments & Subscriptions page.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use the Service.

2. The Service

Pure Cleaner provides tools to help you free up iPhone storage and organize media and contacts, including photo cleanup, swipe review, video compression, screenshot review, and contacts organization. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts & Device Responsibility

• You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping your Apple ID and device secure.
• You agree to notify us of any suspected unauthorized use related to the Service.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases via the Apple App Store. Payment processing, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s terms. More details are available on our Payments & Subscriptions page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service.
• Do not interfere with other users’ devices, networks, or data.

6. User Content & Permissions

The Service may request access to Photos and Contacts to provide cleanup features. You remain the owner of your media and contacts. You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion, merge, or other changes. We recommend creating backups before making irreversible changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by Pure Cleaner and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, and Apple’s billing platform. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected. Cleanup results depend on your library, device permissions, and the selections you make.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURE CLEANER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your country of residence unless local consumer protection rules require otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
