Payments & Subscriptions
This page explains how purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Pure Cleaner.
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Pure Cleaner may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time in-app purchases. All payments on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
1. What You May Be Charged For
- Subscription plans that unlock premium cleanup features.
- Optional free trials that convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled in time.
- Any one-time purchases offered in the app, if available.
Exact prices, trial lengths, and plan options are shown in the app and on the App Store product page before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by region and are set in your local currency where available.
2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
- If a free trial is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. How to Manage or Cancel
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / App Store account settings. Deleting Pure Cleaner from your device does not cancel your subscription.
On iPhone:
- Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
- Select Pure Cleaner.
- Choose Cancel Subscription (or turn off auto-renew).
You can also follow Apple’s guide: View, change, or cancel subscriptions.
4. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices signed in with the same Apple ID, use the Restore Purchases option in the app (or App Store account restore flow) to regain access to active subscriptions.
5. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Select the purchase and submit a refund request.
Where permitted by law, Apple may request limited consumption or usage information to help evaluate refund requests.
6. Changes to Pricing or Plans
We may change subscription offerings or pricing. If Apple requires notice for a price increase affecting your renewal, you will be notified according to App Store rules and applicable law. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where allowed.
7. Support
For billing questions we can help with (for example, restore issues or feature access), contact [email protected]. For payment method, invoice, or refund processing questions, Apple Support is usually the correct contact because Apple processes the charge.
